Ok, I don't have a lot of time because I need to go study for a test, the workout today failed in comparison.
I did the 30 min heavy/standard thing on DDR
2 sets of 25 pushups
2 sets of 30 crunches
2 sets of 30 cross over.
I think i'm going to change the way I do the cross over crunches, I think there's too much compensation and I need to isolate them more. That's all.
